1, It s reported that Chilean Cormunist labor leaders in the Lota and Coroncal
coca:'. mine regionc intend to take advantage of the January 1951 negotiations,
;ich3duled between the miners and the owners, to create serious disturbances.
Tike miners are expected to present their employers with a list of demands of
a ?outine nature, and the Communist leaders have approached the Socialist
