1. The military and civilian airfield is northwest of Poprad ('~ 50/D 68)
and West-northwest of Velka (Q 50/D 60). The field, about 000x1,4O0
rioters9 has loam soil with a broken stone layer. The landing field
is slightly undulating,
2. A reinforced concrete hangar about 25x50 meters and some buildings were
at the field.
30 The field was occupied by about six aircraft of Aeroot~5, Sokol, Piper and
T.ordsman types which belonged to the Tatra.;3vit nationalized factory, and by
the r.i.rcraft of a training squadron. The barracks of the unit was about
