1o Between August and December 1950, the headquarters of the Supply Section
of the Chinese Comlmuzist-Army (CCA) in Peiping shipped 1100,000 sheepskin
and dogskin caps and 1100,000 pairs of boots from the Peiping..Tientsin area
to Manchuria,
20 During January military authorities in Peiping organized an armor motor
vehicle corps consisting of 30,000 troops recruited in NortI:. China, The
corps is directly under the headquarters of the CCA in Peiping and is
equipped with 600 US 6x6 and 200 Soviet trucksp and light machine guns and
rifles of US and Japanese make; The troops are being trained in the Peiping,
Tientsin, and Tangshan (11F3~11, 39-38) areas,
Large amounts of supplies fron So-lth L.anchuria are stored in the Chiamussu
area and in mountain caves of Taiyuan (11235, 37-52) and other areas of
Shansi.
