1? According to Eugenio Gomez Chiribao, Secretary-.General of Organization of the
Uruguayan Ca nmunist Party (PCU), the FCU Executive Committee has named Jose
Luis Nassera*, Secretary-General of the Pro-Peace group in Uruguay, and
Julio E. Suarez to represent Uruguay at the World Peace Council allegedly
scheduled during 21-24 February 1951 in Berlin, Germany.
2? Upon the termination of the Congress, Suarez**, who has been reportedly
attending art courses in Moscow since the adjournment of the World Congress
of Partisans of Peace held in Warsaw, Poland, during November 1950, plans
to return to Montevideo with Massera,
