four tor?--do boats tyro destroyers., and the cruiser CIIIAL-TANG (4a (? KALII;IIT) ? The unit is ccmnanded by Rear Admiral Kyesov an i operato& from
the Vladivostok and Port Arthur areas. Itt job is to protect Soviet commercial
shipping betvroen La.iircn and Siberian ports, the USSR belicnring that the United
ai,.tes may possibly attempt to blockade the Chinese sea-coast,
