REMARKS
1. On 3 Januar=y 1951, the k1brechts Kaserne and the .Vilhelms Kaserne,, Vienna,
still quartered trop wearing red-bordered black epaulets. The fence around
the billeting area was ropuirod recently.
2. The ".lbrechts raserno, which constitutes the major portion of the billeting area,
was occupied by 350 to 400 troops. Trucks scen at the installation 25X1
25X1 moth being loaded with lunber in the barrac y ;
25X1 loaded with gasoline drums; oaded with Casoline25X1
to ms parked in front of the installation; and hailing; boxes of
rations to the billeting area. The service color or the cirivers of the first
two trucks could not be deternined. All, other trucks were driven by soldiers
with red-bordered black epaulets.
3. About 50 soldiers with red bordered black epaulets were seen doing maintenance
work. on Motor vehicles in the yard of the +ilhelms Kasexne. In the course of
half an hour, one captain, one senior lieutenant and four lieutenants left the
