THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
starting in late January 1951, the number of troops onnosite Chinrien
Island suddenly increased..* In late Decer^ber and early Janna.ry,
the 86 Division, with an artillery battalion attached, and two other
divisions of the 29 Arr r occuried defensive positions on a line
between Chnngp1 u (11735, 24-06) and Chaoan (117-12, 23-44) ; however,
one of these divisions and. two regiments heal returned to ' eiteou
(118.34, 24-31), Anhai (11830, 2440) and Shenhu (118-37, 24-41)
by 25 January. The 92 Division, 31 Arr7, is in the Army port area
and at Chines (113-05. 24-34); the 91 Division, 31. Arr , is at Hoe
(,k LiA ) and Ao to ou (1V-14, ?_4-33) . Two re- invents are at Kulangh
