Order of Battle
3. The North Korean 17, 23, and 25 Corps (sic)' arrived.in Korea from
Manchuria in early March via Antung and Sinuiju. The commander of these
troops is XI Kwang-uk, recently transferred frog the Chinese to the
North Korean Army.

On or about 21 February two divisions of the 3 Field Army left Hamhuag
for F?yongyang~ thence they went to the west front to join the North
Korean I Corps. Many members of the 3 Field Army in Korea claim that
they were formerly attached to the 1 Field Army and were transferred
for the move to Korea. The Chinese Communists change their unit desig-
nation with each move; they do not trust the North Korean officers.
On 12 March elements of the Chinese Communist 6 Array moved south from
Pyongyang to Ch?orwon.
North Korean troops attached to these divisions which are used for
intelligence and political missions in North Korea.
7. In early March there was a Soviet supply organization at Plyongyang,
directed by Dorinovkin and Bendel. Kirsanovd Saisnikov were in
charge of the supply organization at Mukden,
Manchuria because of the food shortage. The cakes were distributed to
civilians in the Hamhung area but were barely edible,
The Soviet 314 and 35 Divisions are in Soviet territory near the Aoji
(coal mine)? The commander is rumored to be Marshal Shhtishakov former
commander of the Soviet occupation arnw of North Korea.. There are 300

generals during the Soviet occupation of North Korea, Shtykov was
the Ambassador to the North Korean government.
