Comm. T?'hese leaflets may have been originated by the Burma
OOo1,nrunist Party (BCP), or they may represent simply the efforts of
another bandit seeking support in his area. The name of "'dung YE
FHYI7 cannot be identified. In the past the "CP has paid little
attention to the Awaken Hills area, but these leaflets may andicote
an increased BCP activity there, now that the Awaken has become a
separate zone in the BCP Venal organization.
