The North Korean High Command is complaining that the Chinese Communists are not using their best troops in the Korean war and that the Chinese Communists are receiving arms and equipment from the Soviets but are not using them in Korea. The Koreans charge that the Chinese Communists are using Korea to further their own aims. The Chinese reply that the possession of Soviet equipment is none of the North Korean government's business.
