It was reported from Buenos Aires on 30 March 1951 that one Hans Ludwig
Lipp.nn, who was born in Berlin 22 April 1921 and who has been reported
to be, a resident of Rio de Janeiro, has been sent to Germany by Dr. Ronald
Richter, Austrian-born scientist who is head of the atomic research project
in Argentina,* for the purpose of recruiting German scientists and techni-
cians for employment in Argentina.
