(LISTED t3ELOW) SUPPLEMENT TO REPORT NO. 25X1 X In March the Central and South Chixla Military Area Command ordered the provinces under its jurisdiction to evacuate all physically fit men inland from the coastal areas.* The evacuation will begin In late March and will be completed by the end of May.* The evacuation from Nwangtung will be effected in three 'phases, as follows: c.
