In late March, Chinese Communist authorities assigned shins to carry troops from Icheang (11117, 20-42) to Hanbaw during April and succeeding months. Vourteen thousand five hvndzred troops are scheduled for shipment from Ich?ang to Hankov each month for a number of months. `. Six thousand troops of the Chinese Communist 66 Unit (sic) will be shipped in early April from tdanhsien and Pengchieh to rcheang for traneshiment to Yhnkow.
