REMARKS-
The restricted Petershof area in Guestrow (M 54/T 98) was
occupied from 9 to 23 February 1951 by troops who wore red-
bordered green epaulets. All buildings in the-area were lighted
after sundown. Unarmed soldiers wearing red bordered een
epaulets entered the restricted area on trucks:
25 soldiers on 20 soldiers on 25 soldiers
on and 15 soldiers on Motor vehicles
seen in the restricted area.
Comment. The present report
Yaiily definitely indicate that the restricted Petershof 50X1-HUM
area is occupied to capacity by MVD units.
Prior to the spring of 1950, elements of the 50X1-HUM
belief that the MVD unit from Land Mecklenburg had moved to this
area t now appears that the MVD unit with
motor vehicles mentioned is again 50X1-HUM
stationed in the Guestrow area
observation at an increasing rate in the 50X1-HUM
Potsdam-~;choenwalde Bernau area during the summer of 1950 led to the
