2. Opium trade control in various areas of China is as follows:
a. In the Tientsin area, opium trade is handled by the North China
? Opium Suppression Bureau, which works through the Yu Ta ( 2% )
Company, 5 Ao ten ( ) Road, 10 District, Tientsin. The manager
of thia company is 5AG Tzu-tung 0 aided by LI Tzu-f cog

b. In the Hankow area, opium trade is controlled by the Central China
Opium Suppression Bureau headed by LO 'Jen Uti )

China Trade Bureau.
d. In the Shihcbiachuang (114-281 33-02) area EDO Nua-yuan ( )
operates a warehouse, raises opium peppiest manufactures opiun and
also contro]s its trade.
e. Ir ;he North Shensi area, the trade is handled by CH11 Kung-kao

acturgdg in that area.
a. In the Jehel area, opium growing and trade control are under the

g. In Shanghai the Shanghai Liaison Office, headed by mu !u?lung
