On 23 February 1951, no aircraft were soon at the airfield located
between Trenelpeke Biskupice (P 49/T 58) and the Vah aiver, nor was
flying activity obs3rved over the field. boubors 50X1-HUM
of Czech =1.m were in the hangars. No construction was seen on the
field.

believed to be credible. It is possible thqt the aircraft wore in
the hangars on the day of. observation. However, it is doubted that
the aircraft are bombers, although another source also reported
previously that bombors were stationed at the field. 50X1-HUM-
The field .was occupied until late 1949 by the 30th GA Regt
equipped with IL,2s,, This regiment is still believed to be stationed
there. It is possible that civilians confused ground attackaircraft
with boMbers.
