On 28 February and 1 :March 1951, one L.igL5 plane was priced in front
of a hangar of the ~yittstock; (N 5b/u 11) airfield. There was ne,

A radar set and two temporary, buildinga next to it were- in the north-
western corner of the area where, the. airfield buildings are located,

12. On L1 March, three single--engine low wing aircraft with in -line engines.,
and six ;Is--15s were seen at the airfield. There was continual. flying
with two jest fighters between 10:.O a.m. and.5 p.m., in good weather.
A radar set with ears was seen both north and south of the road leading
to the airfield buildings. The sets were i s , .' ntinual.. operation during
flyirg.

14. The Red MAD. radio installation was removed from its former location
to a plateau about 800 to 900 meters farther to the north. The
installation was recognized by its construction, by the four masts,, and
by the two wooden huts, one green and the other white. (7)
