1, The following personnel changes have taken place in Ustlta harbor:
a. Ltd. Coimnander Franciazek Dabrorrsl ., the garrison commander and former
commander of the navy unit in Uatka., has been replaced by an unknown
officer, It is expected that Dabrowski will be discharged from the Navy..
b. Captain Czeslaw Y tuba, the captain of the port, has been discharged
frcm the Navy and, is now living sonowhere near ltarsaw. His successor
as captain of the port is Captain Ignacy Marldewicz, former captain of
the port in Kolobrzeg (Kolborg). It is assumed that Llarldeviez is a
Ccmmuni; t.
c. Captain Pappelbaum has been dismissed as teacher at the Navy Specialists'
School in Ustlka, and also has been removed from his position as an officer
of the port. In his capacity as port officer he has been succeeded by
;raclaw Schmidt, a former ship-broker from Szczecin. Captain Pappe?baum
is now living in Poznan, but it is expected that he nil return to Ustka
to direct the district fishing cooperative (Kanba.n flybacki) rich nos
organized in Ustla recently.
2. Kazin erz Artc r, a former pilot in Uotka, has been masted captain of the part
of Kolobrzeg (I,olberg). He is described as a very firm Comliunisto
