1. Between 9 and 29 Liarch 1951, the achuotzen Kaserne on Bernauerheer-
strasse, :& ers aalde (N 53/V 03), eras still occupied by 4g500 to
5,000 troops. About 13 percent of the windows of these barracks
buildings which could be seen iron the street were lighted at night-
fall. A convoy leaving the installation on 12 arch heading west-s
~.ncluded rocket launchers

There were about 250 troo;as with rod-bordered
black epaulets on the vehicles of the convoy. Two of the rocket
launchers carried crews numbering 7 and 8 soldiers respectively.
There was little training activity in the 5chuetzen Kaserne on 28 Tarr h
2., No changes in the occupation of the Artilleries Kas,:~rne on Freionwalde'r--
strasse were observed. About 83 percent of tho windows of all buildings
were lichted in the evening of 29 Larch. Five groups of soldiers, totaling
