L On 4 April 19 l,, no troops wore observed at the camp in the woods south of Hottendorf or in the camxo near Doer0 itz at Letzling Heath (1'& 531Y 53) The approach roads to Letzling Heath were blocks, rifle fire was heard f om the direction of the training area. Three platoons of about 30 young soldiers each received basic infantry training in the barracks yard.
