Temporary Occupation of the Panzer Schule in ..',uensdorf.
1. On 24 March 1951, buildings N o 90, 94 and 94a of the Panzer Schule in
Wuensdorf (N 53/Z 91) were occupied by military personnel, including
115 to 200 Soviet women in uniform who had arrived with billeting equipment.
The action was supervised by General Chuikov. All personnel moved out
during the night.of 29 March. From 24 to 29 March, the streets bordering
on tYe headquarters buildings were blocked by barriers which were guarded
by MU porsonnel*At the same time 23 heavy AA guns with ballistic directors -
and range finders were emplaced around the .,uensdorf post. The AA guns were
towed by three-axle trucks including trucks * 50X1-HUM

2. On 12 April, the Hindenburg Kaserne quartered an AT artillery unit and
the Cambrai Kaserne a major motor transport unit. The units had been there
for sore time. ** The conversion of the Heeressport Schule into a theater
was almost completed. The construction work was speeded up ty night
shifts on written orders, dated 5 April, by Captain bhibalovich, (fnu),
who was in charge cf construction work at Wuensdorf. The other barracks
installations at .ouensdorf were not occupied by troops*

3. On 13 April, the Hindenburg Kaserne quartered about 200 troops. Gate
guards wore red-bordered black epaulets. TrLcks
were seen entering the installation. One build-
ing ox tne unmoral haserne was occupied by about 200 troops. Officers
seen entering and leaving the installation wore infantry, artillery,
and signal insignia. Truck was identified at the installatien-

4Q The Lutz Kaserne was vacant. TWO guards were seen patrolling inside the
fence. The Panzer Schule was occupied by only a guard detail, with the
sentries wearing rod epaulets. No vehicular traffice was noted. Camp
Maybach at Zossen was vacant and unguarded.
