1. 7f2ective 1 January 1951) the Soviet Zone railroad tank car distribution
point in Derlin took over the trusteeship for all foreign.owned railroad
tank cars. Tank cars leaned by German firms in the western zones of Germany
were also included in this category.
2. Plants under contract to repair and maintain these tank cars are Kuehltransit
in Leipzig; Lova in Berlin-Viederschoenhausen; railroad cars factories in
Zoerbig, Stassfurt, and nuedlinburg; repair installations in Uiedersachsverfen
and :agdeburg; and the horn station of railroad tank cars in 7latleben. **

The tank cars under the trusteeship of the tank car distribution point must
not be used for intrazonal traffic and transit operations through the western
zones of Germany. In exceptional cases, a special permit maybe obtained for
