Chinese Communist and North Korean morale was very low because of poor
logistical support in the field.
The civilian population was hostile.
3. North Korean Advanced Meadnuarters are at Koksan (126-40, 38-47). North
Korean I Corps Meadeuarters are at Tonhyon-ni 128-17, 38-08). The corps
recently moved from Kaesong.
4. There are no Chinese Communist troops west of the main highway from Kaesong
to .eyongyang.
