Soviet troops becan to arrive in the Schweinrich (N 54/u 22) maneuver area
on 19 April 1951. One train of 4 boxcars with troops and an undetermined
number of flatcars with about 30 trucks, and a second train with billeting
equipment and trucks were unloaded at Dranse railroad station nn 14 Anvil
2. Several mote,. columns, averaging 10 to 12 vehicles, were seen arriving from
the direction of Wittstock. Some of the vehicles were loaded with ammunition
and rocket launchers were mounted on som-.
