Eastbound rail traffic frcm Yerevan to Nakhichevan included one car carrying boxes of ammunition. Westbound rail traffic fn.= Dzhulfa to Nakhichevan included two cars carrying mortars and three cars carrying ammu- nition boxes. A black Soviet-twin-engine fighter plane flew from Nakhichevan to Shah Takhti (39-22N, 45-06E) and landed at Qaraa (not located) village. Bazooka practice took place in the Khuda Afarin area. Southbound road traffic from Lenkoran to Astara included 20 vehicles carrying one officer, five soldiers, and five civilians; one truck full of troope; two armed soldiers on foot, and two mounted :oldiers.. Eastbound road traffic from kasjed kahalleh to Astara included a cart carrying three officers and one sergeant. aestbound road traffic from kasjed bahalleh to the last western post under observation included five vehicles carrying 13 military personnel and 11 civilians, and one truck full of civilians. Eastbound road traffic from the last western post under observation to kasjed Mahalleh included seven trucks carrying eleven soldiers and three civilians.
