Among the troops who had departed were two colonels, one named ,Uikhailov, (fnu). Source believed the other colonel to be the commanding officer because he was addressed by the soldiers as Kommandir (sic). 2, Between 20 and 23 .April, no training activity or vehicular traffic was observed at the Artill.erie Kaserne.
