1. In mid-t4ay,, 12 ,soviet technicians brought an air shipment of radio supplies
to Nanning (108.18, 22-48) Airfield to establish a radar station.* By 25 lay
one transmission antenna and one direction-finding antenna had lien erected
to the right of the rneteorological station; other installations are under
construction.
2. The number of planes at Nanning Airfield has not increased; four or five
are normally stationed at the field.**
