The Chinese Communist Trading Agency in long Kong found that under tho export restrictions it was no longer able to maintain a smooth flow`of commodities from Hong Kong to China. In order to get military supplies the Tientsin Import Trading Companyl has concluded a contract with a Tientsin firm which is financed by Swiss capital whereby this firm, whioh belongs to a neutral company, will purchase commodities for the Chinese Communists in Great Britain, chest Germany and elsewhere in Europe and will arrange for the shipment of these commodities in neutral bottoms. By the end of .ay large transactions in machinery and chemicals for military use had been concluded. The firm is the Tar ho Hang (t',412 `I'. ) Company, in the lisin hua Building, Liberation Road, First District, Tientsin (formerly Central, or Chung Ch eng, Road in the old Franch Conoession).2 25X1A 1.
