On 11 May 1951, the barracks installation in Bad Freen-
waldo (N 53/V 28) still quartered about 100 troops v hd 4_
wore red-bordered black epaulets Craftsmen said th=-the
reconditioning work in the billeting area was being ru ed
in order to be finished by 20 Maya A fourth EM club was
being built. A contract baker of the barracks installation
stated that large,quantities of flour had recently been
stored at his bakery. Be was ordered to prepare for a
