On 5 ,:.ay 1951, the i..arstall Kaserne in Ludwigalu;at (I 54/T 53) was occu')ied
by only a roar detail of soldiers who wore red-bordered black epaulets
with artillery insignia.. A barracks employee stated that the troops from
the installation had moved to the Schwoinrich training; area between 19 and
22. April. Ile added that Tochentin airfield was also occupied by only rear
units with a strength of one tank company and one battery. The troops from
the airfield had also moved to Sch'sinrich. Only a few soldiers, Who -.pore
red-bordered black epaulets with artillery and tank insignia, a wrecker
are observed at the airfield on
