In CHANG Yun-i, governor of Kw gsi and head of the Indochina People's
Liberation Committee in Nanning, recently sent, a, telegram to Communist
officials in Canton informing them that 200 Viet Ni& students,, including
VU Chuong (V-4U Chang \ ), Le I hu Cuu (LI Jung -chic 1 ~ ~t -) Nguyen
Tung Thi (YUAN Tung-shin nd Ruong Nhu Tue (HSIANG Ju sui
would arrive at Whtempoa on 2 May on the transport KUO TING
