On an undetermined date prior to June, the Soviet Army ordered the Chinese
Communists by the end of September to have barracks constructed in
Ianchuria capable of housing 3,000,9000 Chinese Communist troops,
2. On 6 and 7 July, approximately 140,000 newly-trained North Korean troops
left Ich"on (126-53, 3830) for an area north of P?yonuang (127-18,, 3825).
3, On 30 June, 2,000 Chinese Communist troops south of Kumch'on (126&27, 3809)
were moving north toward the city; cane fifth of the soldiers were
armed with Soviet rifles, and the remainder carried 4 hand grenades each,,
