An International Group has been set up at the Soviet Zone Directorate General,
Railroads, at 33 Voostrasse, Berlin. Duinger (fnu) and fkeber (fnu) are
attached to this Group., which has its office on the fourth floor of the
railroad headquarters building and whose sole mission is to negotiate with
foreign railroad administrations on matters pertaining to timetables and
