It is alleged that four fifths of the Fourth Army units have been withdrawn from the Yugoslav border with Italy and the Free Territory of Trieste, and moved to the Hungarian border.1 No new units have been sent to replace those withdrawn, and only occasional military groups return to the rest centers in this area. Also, the more important units of the 1 Proletarian Division have reportedly remained intact. 2. Battalions of the 436 Border Regiment, 2 KNOJ Division along the Yugoslav frontier ur:th Italy and Austria, and border units of the ililitia have been reinforced. The 6 Border Battalion which is stationed at Gornja Radgona has the 16 Border Company stationed at Cankova, the 17 Border Company at Apace, M.nd the 18 Border Company at Kungota. Among other regiments of the 2 KIJOJ Division, the 17 Regiment is reported to be at Zagreb, and the 13 Regiment at Murska Sobota. In order to fill the void on the Italian and Austrian borders left by troops which moved to the Hungarian border, the KNOJ Border Regiment and the 6 KNOJ Regiment have been reinforced with personnel from Staff Headquarters of the 15 KNOJ Regiment which is located in Ljubljana. 3. The 17 Najevicka Assault Division is still located In the Yugoslav-Austrian border sector as far as and including Slovenski Gradec, where the 76 Regiment of the 43 Division (sic) is also located. The 84 Regiment of the 43 Division (sic) is located in St. Ilia, and the 80 "Vladimir Gortan" Regiment is stationed at Ilurska Sobota. The headquarters of the Divisional Artillery is in Iaribor. 4. On the Yugoslav-Hungarian border is the 237 KTIOJ Regiment with headquarters in Osijek. It is commanded by Pm jor Voja MMirazovic, and the political commissar is Major Bosko Brocic. Captain Ante Ureic is in charge of counter- espionage. Three battalions of the Regiment are located at Donji PM.holac and at Beli Ionastir. The majority of the men in this unit are Bosnians, Serbs and Yugoslavs of Albanian decent, rather than Croats or Slovenes.
