la The Chinese Communists have been using numbers of UN prisoners of war
captured in Korea for propaganda tours throughout China) The tours are
to demonstrate to the Chinese people Communist political achievements
and the success of the "volunteert' forces, as well as to encourage youths to join
the army and aid in fund raising.
2. The arrival of the above prisoners in the South China area was coordinated
with the Delegation for Comfort of Troops in Korea by Kvaangtung Youth and the
Delegation of Aid to Korea lJolu
