3. On 25 June, flying by three biplanes started at C som, About 40 men in
flying suits, I fire trucks 1 tank trucks and 1 truck were seen at the take-
off point. The flights, which lasted about 15 minutes, were apparently made
by beginners. Two rows of 36 twin-engine planes, probably Pe-2ss were seen

4. On 19 June, the field was still occupied by twin-engine planes. There was
no flying. Construction work on the western edge of the field continued.
5. Detween 4 and 7 p.m. on 214 Junes, 36 twin-engine aircraft with double rudder
? assemblies, probably Pe-2s0 were parked in two rows in front of the closed
hanF!ars. On 28. June, 38 aircraft of the same type were narked in the same
.? area. There was no flying on either day ntered the field.
