A mixnber of the 1930 class was inducted at Marcali (Y 4/A.68) on 24 October 1950 and according to his father, transferred to an infantry unit in Baja (Y 6/S 281 in December 1950. Another soldier who wore dark-blue epaulets served with a signal unit in Baja in late December 1W. Accordin to a soldier on furlough, a field artillery unit was stationed in Eger (R &/Y 55) in late December 1950.
