8. The motor junk br.ttalion of the Chinese Communist 103 Division has
three junk comtmanies. Mach company has four platoons. The four Junks
of Number 11 Platoon were at CWumen (12117, 29-15)-
9. In early August the 310 Regiment, 101' Division, as still in Aochiang
(120- , 27- ). The artillery bettrlion directly under the 103
Division va.s in Loch?ing (120-57, 28-08) and had 6 motor junks. The
Wenchou Independent Battalion was in the Pilien (12033, 25..20) area..
10. On 13 August nine eomr -vies of the Wenchou Military District Commend
were continuing their ottemrt to encircle Nationalist guerrillas in
are,s northwest of Ch'ingt'ien (12o-17, 2f;-0'9).

and captured four Nationalists and some ,,earcons.
13. Since 17 August the Chinyun (120-03, 28-39) Independent Battalion has
