Dental supplies are obtainable from the government-operated store named
Centrofarm. Products come mostly from outside Rumania, as follows:
a,. Novocain - from Israel. Unobtainable at Centrofarm but available on
the open market at a cost of 40 Iai for two injections.
b. Vitalli-an - from Budapest, Hungary.
c. Cements - from Czechoslovakia, also from Cluj, Rumania.
d. Dentures a from Switserland9 Italy and Iarsela. There are also available
on the market dentures from America, sent to Rumanians by friends and
relatives in the United States. .
e. Burrs and drills - from I srae1e
f. Machinery and dental tools - from Last Germany.
