The T ` OJ 1 arine Command in Split is housed in a large five story building formerly occuppied by the Finance Directorate, and situated on Solinska Road. Major Harko Najica is commander. A Major victor (first reams) is the polit cs commissar. Captain 50X1-HUM Vicko Zoricic is chief of staff. The Command headquarters has a total strength of 100 officers and non-commissioned officers. It also operates its own radio station on the 'cop floor of the headquarters building. 2. KNOJ flotillas are under the jurisdiction of the KFNOJ L-brine Command and are located in the following places: 1 Flotilla Hol.at island .. 11C-2 boats 2 Flotilla Cavtat - NC-1 boats 3 Flotilla Dubrovnik - 1,11C-4 boats 4 Flotilla : Sibenik ft. MAC-3 boats, 1 ko Mardesic. commander 3. Each boat is commanded by a sergeant or senior sergeant, and has a crew of from seven to nine sailort. Each boat is equipped with a heavy machine grin and signal light equipment. In the latter part of 1949 and early 1950 the number of flotillas was increased. In connection with this, flotillas have been observe at Vis, Lastovo, Pelagrus, Rijeka, Bakar, Pulj, Tivat, and Bar. The rank of the flotilla con .radar ranges from sergeant to captain, depending upon -the importance of the location and size of the flotilla. Although some flotillas have many vessels, the average is one or two boats. The number of sailors in the flotilla is from 20 to 40 men.
