The commander is an unidentified second lieutenant. His men work both in the port area and on the fortification projects. 3. In the middle of gay 1951 numerous old field cannons were observed in the Fort of Budva, where they were loaded on vessels of the Yue*oslav Navy. A short time thereafter, new artillery equipment arrived in Budva, and was transported after dark to some points in the interior. 4. Various fortifications are beine' constructed alono' the coast to the south of Budva, as far as Uloinj. The number of workers employed and frequent explosions of"mines would indicate that these are laro'e scale projects. KNOJ patrols guard the coast and keep the fishin/I vessels at a distance.
