1. Tullio 14erca.dent, born at I3alluno on 26 April 1913, and Eva Polgar Grinmwald,
born at Fiume on 25 December 1906, both residing in Rome, on behalf of the
Italo-Danubian Mercantile Company, 51 Via I9ilano, Rome, offered to sell the
manufacturing license for new types of Italian automatic arms. The arms
consisted of a submachine. gun, a machine pistol, and a machine gun. These
arms weigh a little more than half of similar types Already in use and
allegedly oontain improvements in the ballistics field,
2. Mercadent and Iolgar Grimwald stag ed that they have already obtained from
the Italian Ministry of Defense the approval for the sale of either the
manufacturing licenses or the arms already manufactured in Italy to non-
satellite countries,
3. On 6 June 1951, Polgar Grimwald contacted Amorigo Falua. Lusting, born
at Ongarica, Spain on 3 June 1908, businessman, Spanish citizen, bearer
