2. The Hang Hong Company and the Hang Kie Company have recently become the
local agents in Langsa for the '? ASIA.

The oil shipment to be made from Atjeh to Thailand on the HEZ7 ASIA J.n. Aug. has
not been made because the Kheng Wat Company has not made final arrange-
merits with the Sarekat Buruh Minjak (SHP.1) in Pangkalanbrandan0 Sukicnan
of the 513M is still attempting to finalize the sale with the Kheng Huat
Coiirnany.
The ICI ASIA, which was seized by `Indonesian Government authorities
in Belawan, Sumatra, on 9 September 1951, is still being held there.
