At the Comarova forest, there is a group of five coastal and three anti-~air~cra:: 11
guns facing the Black Sea. These have been at that site since the Germans were in
Rumania. In this fore; t there is one regiment of Rumanian infantry as well as
various marine units

Coastal forts, between 100 and 150 meters distance from one another, line the
coastal area from Marigalia to Doua Mai. informant estimates that there are
eight such forts, He says that there were five more forts between Maneal?a.
and Comarova. Protruding from the opening of each fort, in the direction of
the sea, informant saw what he believed to be anti-: ,taric guns and machine uns.:
