1. On 28 August 1951, a total of 56 "i0-15s were nbgervpa winniq airfield.
(1) Two of the Mi0-15s. took off 50X1-HUM
at 10:39 a.m. Four riG-J.os witnout elevator assemtlies or upper sections
on their rudder assemblies were parked in front of the low wooden building
in the ntrtheast corner of-the field. No aircraft crates or assembly work
were Observed. The status of the radar set on the northern edge of Finow-
North alternate airfield ane the radio installation east of Finow airfield
was unchanged. (2) The radio installation, formerly located in forest
Jagen (sub-area) 174, was recently moved to Ja-en 175, about 300 meters
southwest of its former locction? between the path leading from Spechthausen
to Wasserfall and Ebersualde-Berlin railrnnd line (1)

northeastern corner of the field. sight trucks including 2 with mounted search-
lights, 2 radio trucks, and 3 tank trucks were parked south of the east end
of the runway. Sentries with field glasses were on top of the two radio
trucks. Eight n0-15s made practice flights during good weather. After the
landings, the pilots were chanred. Take-offs were made at intervals of about
20 minutes, four let firhters took off in 50X1-HUM
formation. Trucks the latter with a
mounted searchlight, were ob6erved. Boundary lights, consisting of six lamps
homispherioally shapedoabout 75 cm apart and about 1.5 meter atove the ground,
were observed along the western edge of the runway.
3. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on 31 August, the northern edge of the field was
'occupied by 35 swept-back jet fighters, 1 single-engine high-wing monoplane;,
and 3 biplanes. Thera was no flying although the reather was good. The
fuselage of a swept-back jet fighter, covered with a tarpaulin, was propped
up in front of the assembly shop in the northeastern section of the field?
The wings, rudder, and landing gear were disassembled. Jet fighters rarked 50X1-HUM
in the nor ? -tern corner of the field
