ld In early August 1951 Soviet Army Colonel "su-ssu-no-fu (, A ), with
40 other Soviet advisers, established and now supervises a center for
training international Communist troops at Nanning.
2. The Southeast Asia ?eople's Liberation Arpy Central Committee, established
at Paoshan (99-09, 25-07) by the Soviet and Chinese Communist Governments,
is now supreme organ for the direction of Communist activities in South-
east Asia. It has subordinate organs for training members of the Communist
Parties of Indochina, Malaya, Burma, and Thailand.l
