1, From 9 to 11 September 1951 a Dirge number of Chinese Corm nist troops left
irancow on the ri .nicow-r,ei ins; railroad. Included wGs a unit w..ose troops all
spoke a riwanrisi dialect, and elements of the 2 Field Army, including troops
recently recruited in hunan. Ju.rin;; the seine period two trainloads of heavy
artillery pieces, field guns and otner military equipment and supplies also
left. Hanrzow on the Han,cow-pei )ink; railroad. According to some of there
troops, all of the equipment and troops were on route to Korea.
2. On 12 September, 350 Cia,inese Communist trooos con.,leted training at the
Central and. Oouti: Ca ina. t.9 i.itar, Area Command Artillery Center, iiankow,
Shortly thereafter the;. were all ar si med to the 50 Army. The main force
of this arm is in Korea.
