l On 22 September 1951, the barracks installations on Berliner Chaussee,
i'renzlau (N 54/Q ll;.), we_re:e occupied by only a few soldiers 1jho wore red
bordered black epaulets. Coal was being hauled to the installations. Local
residents said that the troops were at the Templi.n troop training grounds
and were expected to return in October.
