Keng, chairman of Yunnaa, have signed an agreement with the Burmese
Communists as follows:
a. The Chinese Communists will supply the Burmese Communists with light
and heavy infantry weapons;, ammunition and military supplies.,
b. The Chinese Communists will send political, a -kern to assist Burmese
trooj.ps.
as The Burmese Coii nun.ists will advance north to the Yinto ( 1 ) Lake
area and the Yunnan border to establish a base there, They will then
be prepared to occupy the northern area of Wentso (jk 4& ) as far as
the Mytkyina Railway and thus be in a position to receive supolies from
the Chinese Communists.
2. The Burmese Communists have sent Te--ch? in-tan-tun (1 , 4 ) as their
representative to the Chinese Communists in Kunming.
