The Disciplinary Battalion of 5 I.3ilitary District has recently been ren a:I,, but the new title has not as yet been disclosed. While the battalion was stationed in Zagreb, it was employed in the construction of various projjec-s in the residential district of Vrapce, such as streets and canals. 2. The 68 Autonomous Company of XI Corps which is in charge of installing ntli itary telephone and telegraph lines is quartered in the Ljubljana barracks. It: Is currently employed in the installation of a permanent communications line :'rom Zagreb to Cakovec and the Yugoslav-Hungarian border. The company comprisl-Ig two platoons has four officers, three non-commissioned officere on active .luaty, six non-commissioned reserve officers,, and 40 enlisted men. The company :. commanded by Lt. Ivan Zajc. The armaments comprise Italian rifles. The Ton-commissioned Officers' Sanitation Course consists of one battalion comprising two companies. It is housed in the Ljubljana barracks. A ;majo who has a staff of ten sanitation officers who are instructors, and twelve additional sanitation officers who are women, is in charge of the course. The course has approximately 120 students. 4. The Chemical Warfare Defense Company. XI Corps, is quartered in the Ljubl.jan-: barracks. The company is armed w?,ith~ rifles and has gas masks and protecti 7e clothing against poisonous gases. Poison gases and anti-toxic equipment a'e used in maneuvers. The ':ngi.neers' Company of XI Corps is quartered in the Ljubljana barracks. The clinic of the Zagreb garrison is located in the Ljubljana barracks. Vie Apo number of the clinic is 1608. Dr. Delanic, a Captain who is assisted zy another captain, is in charge of the clinic. The staff comprises a doctor who is a captain, another doctor on military service, and six nurses. Otl ,, s on the staff include a supply lieutenant and a senior sergeant. The telia.i which has 120 beds has a regular average of 100 patients. All units of the Zagreb garrison send their patients to this clinic upon inspection by the -',,coop doctor. Comment: Your attention is called to Military projects located in the Zagreb garrison.
